7 Steps to Improve Employee Engagement

  4. Hold a Town Hall meeting with all employees to share survey report and action plan
  5. Execute the Action Plan
  6. Within 12 months conduct another Employee Engagement Survey to measure results
  7. Continue to work on enhancing your employee engagement
